Hey there! My name is Leah Peters. I am a 7 year online diet coach, 15x fitness competitor and nutritionist. I coach others through their weight loss journeys and empower individuals with the knowledge, support and motivation they need to succeed in fitness and diet. I reside in the beautiful state of Colorado with my loving fiance and 2 crazy pups, and love all things nutrition, nature, science and art!
I graduated from Texas State University in 2016 with a major in Mass Communications and a minor in Health and Wellness. I am a certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through NESTA. I am now continuing my studies for a masters degree in teaching and education at Colorado State University Global while pursuing more certifications through NASM.
