3x12 Front squats with weight

3x12 Single arm single leg romanian deadlifts (hold wall for balance)
3x12 Single leg hip thrusts

4x10 Sumo squat with Kettlebell

3x12 Dumbbell side lunge
3x12 Romanian split squat

Side Planks: 3x30 seconds
