Nutrition and Personal Training Pricing

Hey there! I’m writing to let you guys know that my coaching  prices will be increasing for NEW clients starting October 1st, 2018.

 

Why are my prices going up? Because my coaching services are now in higher demand than ever before!  

 

I’m doing more for my clients and they are getting better results because of this. As I continue to fine tune my fat-loss programs you can also expect more resources to become available to you as a client of mine. Investing in your health is the best investment you can ever make to ensure a long healthy life!

 

Every client also gets an LPF T-Shirt starting October 1st! I am also working on interactive power-points and quizzes to better educate clients on their journeys. Stay tuned to my blog and social media for updates on this.

 

If you are a current client, or sign up before Oct 1st 2018, your coaching prices will remain the same until Jan 1 2019. You will be locked in at your original rate for 3 months. I greatly appreciate your continued business.

 

Current clients or those signed up by Oct 1 2018:

  • Combo coaching: 

    6 weeks: $175

    12 weeks:$350, 

    24 weeks: $600

    54 weeks: $1200

  • Prices will change to the below rates on Jan 1 2019.

  • $25 discounts for referrals will still apply.

  • You will be invoiced by me personally via PayPal when you would like to re-sign. 

 

New clients starting by October 1st:

  • 8 weeks: $300
    16 weeks:$650
    32 weeks: $1200
    54 weeks: $2000

  • A $50 discount will apply per referral.

  • Payment plans will be available! Just ask.

  • Coaching will be purchased directly from website, or invoiced.

 

If you are an old client (example: from earlier this year or a previous year) you can lock in a lower price for 3 months by signing up before October 1st 2018.

-Team LPF t-shirt! 

-Weekly updated workout plan

-Weekly updated nutrition plan

-Supplement advisory

-Mindset coaching (daily short email, M-F)

-Weekly lesson on advanced training or dieting techniques

-2x a week client check ins

-Daily availability for coaching questions
