3 Healthy Dinner Ideas

Struggling with what to make for dinner that is healthy, fast and delicious?

Today I'm sharing 3 super easy, yummy recipes that can be made in 30 minutes or less!


Idea 1:
Healthy Burrito!
Ingredients:
-1 High Fiber Tortilla
-1/4 Cup Black Beans
-3 Oz Ground Turkey
-1/2 Oz Cheese Or Avocado
-Lettuce/Tomato
.
*cook turkey on medium,
season to taste,
add beans and veggies.
warm tortilla and assemble,
top with salsa.*

(45c 30p 10f)
 

 


Idea 2:
Plant Based Skewers!
Ingredients:
-4 Oz Tofu,
-1 Bell Pepper,
-4 Oz Mushrooms,
-4 Oz Pineapple

*assemble skewers and grill for 5 minutes on each side, on medium high heat*
(20p 10f 15c)
Serve with:
-1/2 cup rice or
-1 organic wheat bread roll

 

 


Idea 3: 

Cheesy Potato Bake, Serves 2!

Ingredients:

-8 Oz Red Potato, Cubed

-8 Oz Frozen Broccoli Florets

-1 Cup Cheese 2%

-4 Slices Bacon, Chopped

 

*microwave cubed potatoes for 5 minutes.toss all ingredients (use only half cheese)together in baking pan. bake for 30-35 min at 400 degrees.top with remainder of cheese and cook an additional 5 minutes.*
