  • Custom nutrition plan (includes personalized macros, calories, and meal ideas to hit your targets)
  • Custom hydration, supplement, and exercise recommendations
  • 1-week personal workout plan + additional resources to support & educate
  • 1 Video call after 3 weeks of following your plan to answer questions, assess progress, and make adjustments if needed
  • This is not continued coaching, rather it is a custom plan you follow on your own and can purchase as often as needed.
Biweekly Coaching: $350 per month
Ideal for someone who is struggling to lose 5-15 pounds despite consistent diet and training. Excellent for reverse dieting or losing stubborn fat. 
  • Every weekend: email check-in with an official check-in sheet

  • Biweekly custom nutrition plans (includes personalized macros, calories, and meal ideas to hit your targets)

  • Biweekly success calls to assess progress, answer questions, make adjustments, and receive on-the-spot coaching
