Idea 2: Plant Based Skewers! Ingredients: -4 Oz Tofu, -1 Bell Pepper, -4 Oz Mushrooms, -4 Oz Pineapple *assemble skewers and grill for 5 minutes on each side, on medium high heat* (20p 10f 15c) Serve with: -1/2 cup rice or -1 organic wheat bread roll
Cheesy Potato Bake, Serves 2!
-8 Oz Red Potato, Cubed
-8 Oz Frozen Broccoli Florets
-1 Cup Cheese 2%
-4 Slices Bacon, Chopped
*microwave cubed potatoes for 5 minutes.toss all ingredients (use only half cheese)together in baking pan. bake for 30-35 min at 400 degrees.top with remainder of cheese and cook an additional 5 minutes.*
