đIf youâre just starting, focus on total calories. When youâre ready to get more advanced, pay attention to macros.
3ď¸âŁI hit my macros in MyFitnessPal but my calories are over or under? Why?
đNutrition labels often round to the nearest 5 or 0 for calories, which throws them off. Some companies also subtract fiber from total calories. Itâs annoying, but rest assured that if youâre macros are good, youâre good đđź!
