Let’s talk INFLAMMATION🥵

Inflammation is a protective response of the body to clear infections, repair tissues, and heal itself.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 (𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲) 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻:

1. Your body now prioritizes healing the inflammation. Fat burning, focus, and more take a backseat.

2. Your body retains more water to carry out the chemical reactions needed to soothe inflammation

3. You may experience more hunger & cravings as your body recognizes you are in danger

𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻???

It could be an injury, a surgery, and illness, or...STRESS!!!

And if left unsolved, inflammation can spread in the body and lead to all around dis-ease and diseases like cancer.

𝗕𝗨𝗧!!! 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄:

🍇PLANT BASED FOODS!!! Non processed. Anything that comes from the Earth is good.

🥦Drastically reduce wheat, dairy, trans fats, and meat...these foods jack up inflammation

🍅Stop stressing. Do what you need to do to be calm and collected.

🍌Alternative therapy: infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and acupuncture can all help reduce inflammation

🍏Rest. Stop putting more stress on your body!
